Mandeep S Gosal

Mandeep qualified from The University of Sheffield Dental School in 2003. After gaining a varied experience in paediatric dentistry and orthodontics, he took up an Honorary Clinical Tutor post at King’s College London. Mandeep was involved in training and examining future dentists in paediatric dentistry. This lead to an appointment as a Registrar in Orthodontics at King’s College Hospital and St George’s Hospital in 2010. He successfully completed his specialist training winning the William Houston Gold Medal for the most meritorious MOrth exam performance and a Distinction award in his Masters in Orthodontic Science degree.
For the last twelve years Mandeep’s dental practice has been exclusively limited to orthodontics only, and he enjoys creating beautiful smiles for children and adult patients, with a particular interest in complicated multi-disciplinary cases and using adult-friendly aesthetic braces.
Mandeep has published articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and is actively involved in research to help further the professions knowledge in the field of orthodontics. This commitment to professional development and research helps him to stay at the forefront of orthodontic knowledge, and apply this knowledge to his clinical practice.
Mandeep is Founder and Director of The Ortho Course – a nationwide education format and course for dentists, helping them excel in orthodontics.
Outside work, Mandeep enjoys spending time with his wife and three young girls, and spending long Sunday mornings out on his bike. Although his tennis career never materialised, he enjoys watching the professionals.
Bal Gosal

Bal studied dentistry at The University of Sheffield after receiving an Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences. She qualified as a dentist in 2004 and has since worked in general practice part-time whist bringing up three young children.
She is committed to post-graduate education and received her Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) in 2014.
Whilst working in practice she developed a keen interest in paediatric dentistry, oral surgery and orthodontics. She completed her Masters degree in Orthodontics through Warwick University. She has aspirations to present some truly prize worthy cases.
During the little free time Bal has, away from work, studying and bringing up children, she enjoys relaxation through yoga and shopping. She keeps fit by regularly going to the gym and running around after three kids.
Arjun Patel
Associate Dentist
BDS, PG Dip (Orthodontics) PG Dip (aesthetic Restorative)

Arjun graduated from the University of Bristol in 2017 and has been at the practice since 2021.
Whilst developing a solid foundation of general and restorative dentistry, Arjun took a keen interest in the restorative-orthodontic interface. To enhance his knowledge and skill set, he completed a ‘Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry,’ alongside a two year ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics (Level 7).’ With our Specialist Orthodontist Mandeep Gosal.
He provides fixed orthodontics and clear aligner care to both children and adults.
Moving forward he wants to take advantage of the ever-growing sector of digital dentistry to further his work, with the aim of not only improving the treatment being delivered but also giving patients more confidence in and understanding of the work carried out.
Grace Keyworth
Dental Nurse

Grace joined our team in 2023 and is currently working to gain her qualification in Dental Radiography.
As well as working in surgery, you can often find Grace singing in decon and helping our lab tech make retainers in the 3D Lab.
In her spare time Grace is a keen gardener and enjoys being around nature. She is often rescuing insects out of the surgery (just not spiders). She also enjoys staying in and seeing her friends and family.
Claire Skidmore
Receptionist and Referral Manager
Claire has been the receptionist at the practice since 2010 and manages child and adult referrals from local dentists.
Claire enjoys meeting new people and says the best part of her job is seeing patient’s confidence grow through their treatment.
Claire is married to Nigel and is a mum to Esme and fur baby Bruno. She enjoys spending time walking and cooking great food.
Claire is also our dedicated practice spider catcher.
Mary-Anne Bond
Orthodontic Therapist

Mary-Anne is a qualified Orthodontic Therapist and has been part of our team since 2010. Mary-Anne started off at the practice as a Dental Nurse, she gained her qualification in Dental Radiography, and later went on to complete her diploma in Orthodontic therapy and is a valued member of our team.
Mary-Anne is our very own Rocky Balboa at the practice, having won 2 boxing fights & is currently training towards her 3rd fight in November. Hoping to win her first title belt.
In her spare time Mary-Anne enjoys keeping fit, socialising, spending time with her Husband Lee and friends and family.
Nicola Gilbert
Dental Nurse

Nicola has been at the practice since 2003 and is a very experienced dental nurse, as well as the practice chatterbox.
In 2010 she qualified in Dental Radiography.
She is a highly motivated individual, which helps in life as a competitive bodybuilder who now runs her own IBFA show and competition tanning company A1 Tan.
She also likes spending time with beloved husband Kenny G and son Levi.

Donna has worked in dentistry for 25 years experiencing many aspects of the profession, and is hugely passionate about orthodontics.
She enjoys interacting with patients and achieving the best possible results. Her simple Moto is ‘every patient should complete treatment with a smile they are proud to show the world.’
In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her husband & the adventure of raising 3 daughters. In-between she tries to keep fit and loves looking for the next holiday destination.
Chrissie Kinach
Trainee Orthodontic Therapist

Chrissie has been a valued member of the dental team since 2018. Chrissie is keen to develop her career in dentistry and has completed a number of post qualifications since being at the practice which include; Dental Radiography in 2020, Oral Hygiene and Orthodontic Nursing in 2023.
This year Chrissie is working to gain a Diploma with LSO to become an Orthodontic Therapist under the supervision of our Specialist Orthodontist Mandeep Gosal.
Outside of the practice, Chrissie leads a vibrant life filled with a variety of interests such as; socialising with friends and family, going on hikes or to the gym, and travelling around the world.
