FAQ
Any adult who wants to straighten their teeth without braces to treat gaps in the teeth, or some are too crowded. Invisalign can also correct bite problems, and there are options for teens, too.
While the trays put a little pressure on your teeth when new, this will ease over time. And, many people find them much more comfortable than traditional braces. In addition, you can take them in and out whenever you want, though you’ll need to ensure you get enough wear out of them during the day.
We offer various payment options for the treatment, with some plans covering 5 years – just see below. Prices vary according to what you present with, but averages between £2,200 and £4,200.
Invisalign braces treatment averages 6-18 months, but varies on a case-by-case basis. You will need to book in every 6 weeks to check your treatment’s on track. After your treatment’s finished, you’ll need to wear night time retainers to keep your new smile looking its best.
The majority of teens and adults with overbite, gaps and other conditions can have the treatment, but our orthodontist will be able to properly advise you – that is why we have an initial consultation for the treatment.
You will need new Invisalign braces every 2 weeks, and you will also need to come back and see us every 4-8 weeks to ensure your treatment is on track.
Many different dental concerns can be corrected with Invisalign, but they are particularly good for minor tooth corrections and discreet treatments
The Invisalign full brace is recommended for adults, but Invisalign Teen is a version, especially suited to teenage mouths. Blue dot indicators on the side of the aligner will inform you of when the next aligner is required.
